It's also worth noting the different sizes available. A Tall (12 fl oz) will give you about 155mg, a Grande (16 fl oz) has 205mg, a Venti (24 fl oz) jumps to 310mg, and if you're going for the massive Trenta (31 fl oz), you're looking at a hefty 360mg.
