The Key Ingredients: Eyes of Ender
To activate the End Portal, you'll need a specific item: the Eye of Ender. Crafting these is a two-part process. First, you need Ender Pearls, which you get from those tall, teleporting creatures, the Endermen. They can be a bit tricky to deal with, especially at night, so be prepared.
