To print an Excel spreadsheet with headers on every page, go to File → Page Setup → the 'Sheet' tab. Click the arrow next to 'Rows to repeat at top,' select your header row, press Enter, and then click OK. You can also input '$1:$2' (without quotes) in the 'Rows to repeat at top' field. For horizontal tables, this method may not apply; instead, use File → Page Setup → Header/Footer for custom headers. After setting up, check the layout using Print Preview.
