So, that warm soak is likely doing wonders for your muscles and your mood through simple relaxation, rather than a direct magnesium boost.

It’s important to remember that magnesium is just one piece of a much larger puzzle when it comes to managing anxiety. It’s not a magic bullet, but for some, ensuring adequate magnesium intake, whether through diet or carefully chosen supplements, might offer a supportive role in promoting a sense of calm.
