We're seeing a disconnect, with many young people feeling unprepared for the AI tools and implications they'll encounter in their careers. Parents, too, are voicing concerns, with a vast majority wanting more AI education for their children, yet feeling that current offerings fall short.

The AI Skills Passport aims to bridge this divide. It's about more than just understanding what AI is; it's about learning how to leverage it, how to innovate with it, and ultimately, how to future-proof your career. As Janet Truncale, EY Global Chair and CEO, puts it, "Leading the workforce of today is all about empowering the talent of tomorrow.
